The Laurel

Phoenix Mechanical Piping is providing HVAC services for this 30-story above grade and five-level below grade high-end luxury condominium building. The building consists of 129 luxury units, a state-of-the-art amenity space, an indoor pool, 14,000 s.f. of retail and office space, and two levels of underground parking.

The Amsterdam at Harborside
Port Washington, NY


Located in the hamlet of Port Washington this six-story, 550,000-sq-ft community will be Nassau County’s first life-care community. Work on this massive senior resident complex involved the installation of a complete HVAC system including nearly 1,000 PTAC units, cooling tower, 12 multi-stack boilers, several AHUS, and distribution pumps.

Peter Cooper Village/Stuyvesant Town
New York, NY


Peter Cooper Village and Stuyvesant Town is a vast property consisting of 110 apartment buildings with a total of 11,232 units, constructed along the East River. Phoenix Mechanical Piping completed a massive renovation to the property's heating system. The upgrade provided a cost savings and environmentally friendly system that is saving the owner millions of dollars through an energy efficient system while helping save the enviroment from wasteful fuel consumption.

A massive HVAC project in Lower Manhattan that was part of a nearly $40 million renovation. This historical building, which was the first department store in
Manhattan, encompassed every aspect of our business. Work here included major repairs to an existing Con-Ed steam station, brand new cooling tower and chillers, total replacement of all piping, installation of several mechanical rooms, new state of the art pump stations, several hundred Trane heat units, etc.

Conde Nast

The Conde Nast building was a major project in the heart of Manhattan. We were just one of the many piping companies working on site. Our work included 10 floors of tenant fit-up work. We were proud to be part of a project that has made a lasting impression on the NYC skyline.
